We help craft retail and placemaking strategy at projects and provide access to a deep network of short and long term tenants, ancillary revenue streams and other property-specific activations. We also bring strong data science tools, underwriting, project management and capital to each of our partnerships.

Good Ground works with growing retail, F&B, experiential and industrial users, along with other real estate-centric operators to expand their footprint by accessing our network of existing projects and developer relationships. Our partnerships run the gamut from JVs to consulting arrangements, in which we act as a preferred real estate development partner, organize and capitalize OpCo/PropCo structures and source, diligence and negotiate new opportunities. We work with users expanding novel concepts and established businesses alike, focusing on creative deal structures with operators seeking expertise and exposure to the underlying real estate they’re creating value for.
Proptech
Good Ground opportunistically invests in, advises, and provides consulting services to early-stage technology companies, with a focus on proptech. Utilizing our experience in the industry, we help craft strategy and provide companies access to a deep roster of potential clients, real estate owners, strategic partners and advisors.
