Good Ground Partners, LLC (“Good Ground”) maintains the confidentiality of its clients and customers.  Communications are stored securely and are not released other than as required by law or by regulatory bodies; in such event, no subsequent notification will be provided to parties whose communications are affected, as audits by regulatory bodies are routine in the financial industry.  Company materials will require a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) by prospective investors only as and when explicitly required in writing to Good Ground by the disclosing party prior to disclosure of such confidential materials.  Good Ground does not assume responsibility for the adherence of third parties to NDAs signed by them when disclosure by Good Ground to third parties under NDA is permitted by the disclosing party.  Your use of the Good Ground website and/or correspondence with our team via e-mail constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by this Privacy Policy and by "Terms and Conditions".  Good Ground reserves the right to modify, alter, or otherwise update its Privacy Policy and its Terms and Conditions at any time.  Good Ground will post changes at this site, so you are encouraged to review these changes from time to time. Your continued use of the Good Ground website, e-mail correspondence with Good Ground team members and/or use of Good Ground services following the posting of changes to the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions will constitute your acceptance of any and all posted changes.  You have the right to opt out of having any of your private information disclosed by Good Ground to third parties, provided, however, that such opt out will not apply to disclosure to attorneys working to complete a transaction in which you have decided to invest and provided, however, that you understand and agree that Good Ground may be required to disclose your information by regulators, tax authorities and/or by courts and that the authority of regulators, tax authorities and/or courts supersedes your right to privacy and to opt-out.
